TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By making a booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

no-shows
If you book a session in but do not show up on time, Ryan will email you five minutes in to remind you. If within fifteen minutes you haven't joined the session, the Zoom meeting will be closed and you will be invoiced for the full amount. Forgetting the session was booked is not an exception to this - as with any other appointment, if the coach is not given notice, the slot cannot be reallocated and you will be liable to pay for the time you have booked. If participant is late to join, the session will not be extended to accommodate this - the session will end at the scheduled time.

Cancellations

In the case of unforeseen circumstances making it impossible for the customer to attend the session at the scheduled time, an attempt to reschedule the session will be made, and if the booking is rescheduled no additional cost will be incurred. If rescheduling is not possible, sessions can be cancelled at no cost up to 36 hours before the session's initial booking time - after that time, you will be invoiced for half of the cost of the booked session if it is cancelled up to 24 hours before the session, and if the booked session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be invoiced for the full amount.

For cancellations in a block booking, please see the "Block Booking Cancellations" section.

refund policy

  • Cancellation by the coach

    • In the case of unforeseen circumstances making it impossible for the coach to run the session at the booked time, an attempt to reschedule will be made. If rescheduling is not possible and the booking has already been paid for, the coach will refund the payment made. Please note this applies exclusively to bookings cancelled by the coach - for bookings cancelled by the customer, please see the Cancellation Policy above.

  • cancellation of group workshops/block bookings

    • In the case of cancellation of group workshops, where a deposit has been taken (see below) and the full amount has been paid before the session, a full refund minus the deposit can be claimed up to one week before the session takes place. After this time, a refund of 50% of the payment made (i.e. the amount to pay minus the deposit) can be claimed.

    • If a number of sessions in a block is cancelled, where the full block has been paid for in advance, the refund available will be calculated based on the number of sessions cancelled in the block. If cancelling a block of sessions, a full refund of the calculated amount (not including deposit) can be claimed up to a week before the earliest cancelled session takes place. After this time, a refund of 50% of the payment made (i.e. the calculated amount minus the deposit) can be claimed.

DEPOSITS

In the case of group workshop bookings or block-booked 1-to-1 sessions, a non-refundable deposit will be taken in advance to secure the booking. This will be one third (33.3%) of the total cost of the booking.

LATE PAYMENTS

Payments are considered late after 30 days of non-payment - this is also noted on the invoice. According to the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, statutory interest and/or compensation is payable on the amount stated on the invoice if not it is not paid within 30 days of receipt of invoice. This may also include a debt recovery fee proportional to the unpaid amount. More information can be found at https://www.gov.uk/late-commercial-payments-interest-debt-recovery.
